Promo Assets Earns Product Safety Aware Status

Through the Promotional Products Association International’s (PPAI) Product Safety Awareness Program, Promotional Assets has earned the status of being Product Safety Aware.

By completing this program, participants gain knowledge regarding basic product safety. The program covers topics such as the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), California’s Proposition 65 and other state regulations that impact interstate deals, and product responsibility programs based on the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The Product Safety Aware status demonstrates that an organization has made the effort to become aware of its responsibilities and obligations regarding product safety. Every two years, two additional hours of product safety education is required to retain the Product Safety Aware status.
