EarnIn wanted a premium apparel piece created specifically for its FIP’ster leadership team—something polished enough for professional settings while still feeling distinctive to the group. Promo Assets selected a black jacket from The North Face and used direct-to-film transfers to create an unconventional vertical logo placement alongside the front zipper. The FIP’ster mark was printed primarily in white, with its apostrophe highlighted in yellow to connect the design to the broader brand palette. A secondary EarnIn mark was applied at the right cuff, adding a subtle detail that remained visible without competing with the primary decoration. Once completed, the jackets were individually packed and shipped directly to team members across the country. The program was reordered approximately one month later to outfit additional members of the leadership team. The finished piece combined a recognizable premium jacket with custom decoration and distributed fulfillment—creating a leadership gift that felt useful, considered, and specific to the people receiving it.
